Q1) Who are allowed to post in the PUP San Pedro Online Forum?
Ans. Only registered members are allowed to post in any forum. Admin designated forums are locked and requires admin privileges before anyone is allowed to post. The only forum where anybody can post is the Open Forum. Even unregistered individuals can post there.

Q2) I had already registered but I can't post anything.
Ans. Registration requires forum admin activation. Your registered account should first be verified and approved by the forum admin before you can post to other forum besides the Open Forum which can be posted even by unregistered individuals.

Q3) What should I do after registration in order to speed up the activation of my forum membership?
Ans. After registration, please email the Forum Admin at forumadmin@pupsanpedro.info in order to speed up your forum account activation. Indicate the username you have used during the registration. If currently enrolled student, provide your Full Name, and your Course to verify your account details. If already an alumni, include Year Graduated. Your account will be activated immediately after passing verification.

Q4) What format is implemented in choosing the username to be use in registering on the forum?
Ans. The format is FirstName + space + LastName. Ex: JohnJosephPaolo DelaTorre. If your FirstName or LastName includes an Ñ or ñ, replace this one with letters N or n for email address uniformity purposes. Also Name Suffixes like Sr, Jr, II, III and so on should not be included on your username.

Q5) What email addresses can be used in registering on the forum?
Ans. Any email address will do as long as it is active and accessible by the user. Please ensure that you will have access to this registered email address because any maintenance information messages regarding your forum account will be forwarded to that email address, (ex: change or reset password request.)
Note: PUP San Pedro Online also offers email services to Admin, Faculty and Staff, Students and Alumni.
